Successful operation of a pleating system requires a suitable support from the supplier. For this purpose, Rabofsky provides a comprehensive package of services divided into several phases covering the entire life time cycle of our pleating systems. The first phase is marked by the planning of a new pleating system, whereas the last phase involves maintenance and servicing of the systems installed at our customer's plants.

For realising the individual service phases, Rabofsky possesses specific infrastructures. Planning of a new pleating system, for example, is carried out by our technical departments in our Berlin headquarters. Our engineers design your pleating line according to your specific needs and give you advise on potential technical options, if desired also on-site. In contrast, maintenance and servicing of systems already in operation requires a completely different infrastructure. In this phase, our service points in Bangkok (Asia), Berlin (Europe) and Boston (USA) play a decisive role. At least one of these service points is at your disposal, no matter where in the world you are located, and irrespective of the time you contact us. Moreover our service points are organised for supplying our customers with common spare parts.
